We share ALL your information with Beehiiv (our newsletter platform) and Resend (for emails). We will never sell your personal data.
You can request your data, correct it, or delete your account anytime by emailing hello@useknowhow.co within 30 days.
Before we launch and start matching you with experts, we'll notify you and give you the option to opt-out of data sharing.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure databases to protect your information.

When you join our waitlist and complete our qualification quiz, you provide us with the following information:

Information Collected Automatically
When you access our Service, we automatically collect certain information:
- •Campaign Attribution Data - UTM parameters (campaign source, medium, etc.) to understand how you found us
- •Quiz Progress - Tracking which steps you've completed and whether you qualified for our waitlist
- •Timestamps - When you signed up and completed the quiz
- •Technical Information - Browser type, device information, IP address, and standard web analytics

Data Retention

Waitlist Data (Active Users)
Retained until you request deletion, or for 2 years after our service launches if you do not engage with the launched service.
Incomplete Quiz Data
Retained for 1 year to allow you to resume the quiz, then automatically deleted.
Completed Quiz Data
Retained indefinitely (or until you request deletion) to enable expert matching and service delivery when we launch.
Email Communications
Stored per Beehiiv's retention policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using links in our emails.
Technical/Analytics Data
Typically retained for 2 years for analytics and improvement purposes.
When you request deletion of your account or when retention periods expire, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

Knowhow is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.
